We all want to be in a good shape. We all want that we attract opposite sex with our appealing and sexy body. So, we join gym, but after some days of motivation we start to procrastinating and we end up on couch watching TV with Chips. We all do that! So, how can we stay motivated for the gym everyday? 1.Pack Your Bag

This might look silly but it is the best way to motivate yourself to go to gym. Our mind tend to finish the tasks which we have started. Packing your gym bag triggers your mind to go to gym. Always pack your bag 10-15 minutes before going to the gym. It will always help and there are very remote chances of not going gym after packing your bag.

2. Make Fitness Buddy

When you make a fitness buddy, you feel responsible. When you don't go to gym, you have to give reasonable excuse to your buddy. And when we have a person doing the same thing we do, we like to do that thing and motivates us. Thus, making a buddy will reduce your excuses and you will take off only when necessary. 

3. Make Space For Gym In Your Schedule

Always make some space for workout in your schedule, at least 1 hour. Making it a daily task will increase your chance of going to gym 76%. It will eliminate all the unnecessary time blocks and make your path to gym clear.

4. Join Fitness Group on Social Media

There are tons of fitness groups on social media. Members of the group posts there achievement and also the challenges that you can take part in and motivate your self to gear up to a new level.

5. Have Goals

Having a goal is MUST for every person who works out. Otherwise you will do the same thing with out any clear purpose and get demotivated after some weeks. Having a goal like, cut 3Kg. before the end of this month or Increase chest by 1 inch before 24th of this month. This kind of goals are very helpful. 6. Have a Little More Expensive Membership

I don't usually give this advice but having a little expensive will make you go to the gym more frequently. Because we don't want our hard money to get wasted in unused in membership we never use. So we will try to get our ass up and workout.
