      Morning plays a very important role in our day. If our morning is spoiled, so is our day. Making our morning most productive and energetic will make our rest of the day same. So here are some tips that you can implement to kick start your day. 

     1.  Hydrate Yourself
First thing to do after waking up is hydrate yourself. Our body needs water after 8 Hours of sleep. We sweat during the sleep and lose water. To rehydrate our body I recommend drinking at least 650ml to 1000ml (1ltr) water in the first hour after you wake up. This wakes you up internally and gives you energy. It helps boost metabolism and helps in weight loss. We also recommend drinking at least 2-3 liters’ water everyday.

     2.  Workout
Working out in the morning has its own extra benefits. When you work out in the morning it gives you energy and keeps you fresh all day long. Morning workout gives faster results. And if your goal is to cut fat, do fasted cardio in the morning for faster results. Do whatever exercise you feel like. You can do weight lifting, cardio or go for walking, playing your favorite sport or even go for walking.

     3.  Meditate
Meditating is the only thing you can do to feel calm and happy, especially if done in early morning. Go out in nature, sit at a quiet place, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. That’s it.     4.  Journalese
Showing your gratitude towards life and thanking for what you have is the best way to start your day. When you thank life for giving you all the good things, it will attract more and more peace, harmony and health in your life. And that’s what we need. Always start your day with morning pages and show some gratitude. Keep a morning journal at your bedside and never skip filling it with good thoughts.     5.  Breakfast
